Farm Pond is a gorgeous park with open green fields and a large playscape, with places to picnic and unwind.  The park borders downtown Framingham, but you would never know it.  Take the trails along the banks of the pond to enjoy sweeping views of the pond.  Make certain to see the swans who make the pond their home!  Fishers practice catch-and-release on the shore, and water sport lovers will appreciate the boat launch at the north end of the pond. 

Head downtown to the Danforth Museum of Art if the weather turns bad. 

There are several Brazilian eateries and markets in downtown Framingham, just a stone's throw away across the pond.
