Map:

Bring the dog and head to dam at Hobbs Pond.

Cat Rock is nearly 130 acres of land and offers lots of opportunities for short or long strolls through wooded trails, alongside streams, a meadow and a dammed pond. Cat rock park permits dogs to be off-leash. There is a hill with a wonderful view from an old ski area at the top from which you can see Boston.

Plan B:

Take a tour of Regis College's campus and gardens, also in Weston.

Where to Eat Nearby:

The Dairy Joy a little further west on Rt 117 makes for a great warm-weather treat.
