A huge green space in Dorchester.

A large green space in Dorchester, Harambee Park offers lots of open space for outdoor recreation and play. There are several ball fields and a soccer field. Trees dot the park and provide shade, especially near the school. The Boys and Girls Club, the Sportsmens Tennis Center, and the Joseph Lee School often have groups on the park, but there is plenty of room for many. Street parking is available.

Plan B:

Visit the Perkins Community Center just off the field, adjacent to the Joseph Lee School.

Where to Eat Nearby:

Sun's pizza is nearby.
