Bathrooms: Yes, near the beaches
Water/Snacks: Ice cream man often shows up in summer, other than that I don't think there is any food offered for sale.

Huge grass and open spaces right near to the beaches for playing both on land and in water.

Two large lifeguarded beaches, huge grass and open spaces right near to the beaches for playing both on land and in water. 10 miles of trails, all very easy and family-friend and many short. Picnic tables and cooking grills all over the place, most with shade. Boat ramp for paddling, and small sailboat rentals (and instruction). Pets on leash welcome! Ice cream man often shows up on summer afternoons. Lots of parking; fee.
